Karate is a physical, contact activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in Papatoetoe Karate and/or Howick Karate classes, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with training. Papatoetoe and Howick Karate, its instructors and members are not liable for any personal injury, death or loss/damage to personal property.
Students must be fit to participate and follow all safety instructions provided by instructors. We reserve the right to remove any person from a class who acts in an unsafe or inappropriate manner.​
We may also change/update the website without notice.
Pricing
We aim to provide strong value through our training programmes and work hard to keep our fees fair and accessible. However, we reserve the right to review and adjust pricing when necessary to reflect increases in operational costs, including venue hire, equipment, supplier charges and other expenses involved in running our classes. Any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.
Privacy & Marketing
We respect your privacy in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Photographs or videos may be taken during sessions for promotional use; please inform us if you do not wish to be included.
